Our Finishes – explained briefly
Our wooden products are available in different finishes. These terms describe how the figures are crafted and finished
Natural:
The Natural finish highlights the wood in its pure form. Each sculpture is finely sanded and left untreated to preserve its original character. This approach allows the wood grain and texture to remain fully visible, making every piece one of a kind.
Color:
With the Colour finish, the figures are completely painted. They are hand-painted with high-quality oil paints allowing rich tones and fine details. A final sealing with clear lacquer protects the surface, ensuring durability and a smooth, refined finish.
2xPat:
2xPat refers to a double patina finish. The surface is treated in two steps, creating depth, contrast, and a refined appearance. Afterwards, the carving is waxed and polished for a subtle sheen. Occasionally the figures are decorized with gold accents.
Others:
We offer special finishes for some of our products, allowing for unique and refined visual effects. These exclusive finishes include Alabaster, Gold, Silver, and Marble, each adding its own distinctive character, texture, and sense of individuality to the figures.
